Last year was the first time we didn't have to endure the luggage search before checking our bags in. I thought it a bit strange, but in the end, my flight was delayed almost 6 hours so they had plenty of time to go through my luggage behind the scenes. Which I know they did because things were 'moved' around a lot. Luckily...nothing was taken. I thought that was illegal to search without you present....
