Finally after much cussing and discussing!!! We are booked, thank God!!! We are on a budget this year so instead of Gran Porto, which was ridiculously crazy priced this year, yikes!!

So.......... We are booked at The Reef Playacar,, yes... i know, it's a "budget" AI but at this point we just want to get there!!! lol... I know we can have fun no matter what or where we stay! Next year maybe we will break down and do NON AI... think we will check out some of the places that are NON AI... Think some of these places will let us do a tour like Playa Palms, Luna Blue, etc..??? Think we would feel more comfortable booking NON AI..

whew.. i am just so relieved know that we are finally booked. The only bad part is that we are booked in the middle of July so is it going to be digustingly hot???? Never been in July, prefer the first of June, but this year my son's National Gaurd Unit is deploying to Afghanistan and he is "supposed" to have a four day break sometime in June... (So keep him in your prayers please.. he's my 18 year old baby... )

Anyway!! We are booked!!! I hear angels singing.. lol!!

Can someone remind me how to put the vacation countdown on my signature..

We've been in July. It was definitely hot and humid...but I love it like that. Not an issue at all between the pools & the ocean.
&& Definitely check out some of the non AI. We loved the Royal when we stayed there twice, but can't imagine doing Playa any other way than non AI now.

Just returned from a WONDERFUL 10 days in Playa. Sooooo hard to be back home....work.....missing PLAYA.
OK.....so let see how long till we are there again?
