Hmmmm..... I don't know. I guess it is a good idea, in theory.
It sure wouldn't fly out west, especially in Alberta right now, though. There are record numbers of young men dropping out of high school right now- to go work in the oil sands fields at Fort MacMurray.
At the factory where I work, they have an unwritten policy about discouraging that, they will not hire anyone under 18. I sure wish the oil industry would do that....you get 18 year olds making huge money, they blow it all, spend it on drugs and fast women...then when the oil runs out, they will be undereducated and broke and 40-ish, what then?
