Breakfast in Playa

Was thinking about it the other day and while I know many great places for lunch or dinner, my list of breakfast joints is short. (La cueva del chango or el bistro...basically the only two we've had breakfast at)

So what's missing from my list? Will be staying at Royal Oasis condos in May, so something relatively close would be good (I have a very small window of time after waking to eat or I may bite).

I don't know where Royal Oasis is but we really like Nativo.

The Royal Oasis is on the corner of 1st and 26th...they also have a great breakfast,and you can't get much closer than that...LOL!!
But I will admit my favourite is La Cueva del Chango ....I just can't get enough of their oatmeal with fresh fruit .

Enfrijoladas (sp?) from Carboncitos are worth the walk! I've tried to imitate them at home and they are good, but nearly the same or as yummy as getting the real thing!

oh, yeah!!!!
they are awesome, since i rarely have an opportunity to go out for breakfast, this is very high on the list
my hangover brekkie is green chicken enchiladas at nativo
i've only finished the plate one time

I also love Nativo, and Los Amigos does well for cheap, too.

I like to do breakfast on the beach about once a week. I like the eggs bene at Playa Maya. Alahmbra next door does a good breakfast too.

I tried eggs bene at Pirata once... it was awful.
