I have never seen such a thing!
I am nearsighted, so when I wear my glasses and makeup at the same time, I can see fine to put it on. But most of the time I wear my contacts, so I put my makeup on after I put my contacts in, so unnecessary for me.
I guess they are for farsighted women who wear glasses
...I can see how they would work well for them.
