You'll need to post in the
Coba Tour thread to ask Beachnutt719 (the "other Karen") to add you to her list, although to sign up for the tour requires that you go through the motions of Playa.Info's links (I believe from your post that you've probably already done this).
The Blender and Burger Bash will be organized by Tony & Cheri, and I assume that sometime later they'll start a thread for that to have people sign up so they can get a headcount of attendees.
