Hey all! We are still alive and We're sorry for pulling a disappearing act.

We had to move into a new apartment and didn't have internet hooked up for quite a while. After the big move, Markus had to leave for a month long business trip to Germany.

Unfortunately we lost a lot of travel pictures when we transferred to a new computer during this transition. That was incredibly frustrating.

that's another reason we couldn't finish. I'm really glad we posted as much as we did here, so we can still re-visit our trip and re-live the first four days of our trip to Mexico

We are still traveling though. We took a trip to Jamaica for our 9 year anniversary last month, which was a wonderful experience too. We hope to continue traveling and would love to go back to Playa.

Playa del carmen will always hold a special place in our heart. Our first real taste of sunshine, sand and turquoise waters. Memories that we'll treasure for the rest of our lives.

So we didn't leave for good, just a taking time to explore and experience some other parts of the world, so our story doesn't end here.
