I certainly will on my next visit, along with a side of Chorizo. Just wish I could count on them staying open later in the evening.
We all need to remember that reviews of, especially, restaurants are influenced by the tastes and mood of the reporter, and should be recognized as solely their opinion. That is why it is nice to have confirming reports. To judge HC by just one patron's steak, would be like condeming Manne's Biergarten when ordering anything OTHER than his fantastic roast pork on a Friday Night!

Please don't misunderstand! I wasn't accusing you of bad mouthing HC at all!
Even if you HAD tried the arracharra platter and did not like it, your review and opinion would still be more than welcome!
My only point was that I was hoping you would give the place another try and try the arracharra platter as that *is* what the place is known for...
Going to HC and posting a review about their grilled ribeye steak, is, I think, somewhat like going to Nathan's famous hot dog stand on Coney Island in Brooklyn (which, as it turns out, I may get to eat at again this weekend!), and posting a review of their . . . hamburger.
I've had the arracharra at both El Fogon and HC many times and, IMHO, there is just no comparison. FWIW, James (the pope of playa.info) thinks the arracharra at HC is just "okay" and "nothing special." Also FWIW, from what I can see, he's in the minority in his opinion, at least as to the members of this board who have eaten there.
Of course, next time you eat there, if you try the arracharra, you may agree with his opinion. Thats okay too! We've got a "big meat tent" party here on playa.info...!
