Mike and Michael thats great I quit 8 months ago and I am so happy I did. Yes, I gained weight but as Bonny said that can be controlled. Yesterday I went to the Body Worlds exhibit and they showed what a normal lung should look like and one that was a smokers lung. Eye awakening.
