The other thing to mention is that our bodies change over the years. I have known Saltys that were on the water forever. As they got older, they started to get sick. My FIL being one of them.

One Tip I learned is to never wear a hat. It gives you a tunnel vision effect looking at the water and not the horizon where you should be looking.

Oh do I know that my body is changing, in sooo many ways

When I go down to Anguilla I spend alot of time on my friends boat and have no problems. I think its just catamarans that make me feel this way.

Oh and never thought about the hat thing, interesting.
