*should* is correct, and according to the attorneys for the owners of the condos, there isn't any reason why people cannot post whatever they want to about it here, but if someone threatens to send goons after you, even if they aren't in the right, you have to consider if you want to fight goons.
my response is that the name of this former Playa landmark is now banned on my forum (part of it is, anyway, until I can figure out how to ban the two word phrase, since this isn't possible without a modification to the forum, AFAIK). so is the last name of the owner.
update: I was worried about the change I made affecting how posts about Jimmy Buffet's followers appear, so I did a little research and figured out how to ban the proper name of this place without clipping any
Parrothead wings.
