Oh jeez! I'm not very good at taking vitamins...

I took magnesium and calcium for a while then I kinda got out of the habit. I should at least take cal/mag, but I can't take it in the morning because that's when I take my thyroid, and then later in the day I just forget... maybe I'll start taking them at bedtime.... again.
And btw, I passed the pencil test too... I can hold three or four at a time!!

Course if I stand up
really straight and pull my shoulders back and arch my back just enough they fall off!!
