Iberostar Grand Paraiso

So I was looking to see if anyone had any good information such as some tips and tricks, some in and outs of the Grand Paraiso. My girlfriend and I are returning to Playa in less then 12 days

. We were originally suppose to stay at the Grand Sunset Princess in a Platinum Suite but after the explosion decided to stay else where. We booked the Iberostar Tucan and today we got a phone call from the Iberostar stating we were randomly selected for a complementary upgrade to the Grand Paraiso which we naturally accepted. It seems so nice, I'm not happy with it being farther away from town but it seems well worth the free upgrade. So anyone got some info to pass along? Anyone going to be there Dec 12-20?

Seriously struck gold. Where do I sign up for those complementary upgrades?

We're starting to put together a trip report now that things have settled down... we had a fantastic trip and still can't believe we got upgraded to this resort!
