Util Pasta Factory To Open a Pasta and Salad Garden around the back

We went and picked up dinner the other night at UTIL Pasta Factory and "Papa Charly" showed us around the back where he plans to open up a Salad and Pasta Garden starting tomorrow night. (Sun. 12/5)

He also plans to play a different type of music there each night.... 1 night it will be 60s music ... another night 70's... and another night 80's music... he will also have tango on 1 night.

Of course the food will continue to be "HOMEMADE" ...LOL

The wifey and I plan to be there around 7pm tomorrow.

ENJOY!!!

Can you find out which night he plans to do Tango lessons when you go tomorrow? Just updating my list with different restaurant info.
Is all the seating going to be in the back now (how many tables approx?) or will he still have a few tables out front too?
Txs

Util Garden previously scheduled to open Sun. night officially opened tonight. Karaoke installed, ground compacted, lights are on and waiting for people to enjoy.

The Garden has 7 tables... 3 round and 4 square and seating for 32 people. There will still be seating out front.

Different music will play every night.

Either Fri. or Sunday night will be tango night. Papa Charly hasnt decided which 1 yet.

We just got back from our regular Tuesday night pasta meal at Util.

The garden isn't open yet, but we still had a great time sitting out front...great pasta and a couple of glasses each of a nice red wine. I had the fettucini with pesto and Rick had the spaghetti with bolognase sauce and meatballs. We always have such a great time there! It's perfect for a very relaxed late night dinner. Always first-rate service, and it always seems so intimate. (oh...there is a joke coming up about that!!!! )

Papa Charlie showed us the very fancy new vinyl sign he made to celebrate the opening of the garden. It says...(GIGGLE), "An explosion of love in your mouth!"

Should I make a joke here about making sure to try the cream sauce?

Exactly. That's why we ate slowly, had an extra glass of wine, and giggled at the sign....it's Mexico....shit doesn't happen until Manana. I really like that place.
