I moved from a small town to the big city about 24 years ago. This is the first time in 24 years that my mom, sisters and their families were making the trip to my house for the holidays instead of my having to drive back to my hometown which is three hours away from where I live. Spent all day Saturday decorating the table, making gift bags for all attendees and did some major cooking. My sister went to pick up my mom on Sunday morning to make the drive to my house and found her dead in her new recliner. She was 77 and was in wonderful health. The ME thinks she had a heart attack in her sleep. You just never know.... Thanks for letting me vent.
