Awe... You folks are regular attendees... Would one teeny tiny less day there really make a difference? Just saying...

But, if the plans are already set, we'll be around until March 10th so meeting up another day would definitely be a possibility for us, if you two are interested.

We always look forward to this event each year, and we are very sad that we will miss it this year, but as difficult as it was to get the reservations in Merida, it would be huge to change it.

Of course we are interested in meeting up with guys. We will be staying at our Condo until March 12th, so when we get closer to the dates, why don't we set up a date, so the time doesn't get away from us??

We're headed to Playa with 2 vegetarians this year, so we'll probably skip the "official" R&S sign up. We'll definitely be by for beer and company, however- we'll just eat our meal elsewhere Looking forward to seeing y'all- less than 5 months to go

Sara, you can't do that...

Ribs and Suds may feature German pork ribs as the 'name' attraction, but in good Canadian fashion, it is very much an inclusive event and all are welcome!

Should someone have issues with the buffet choices, Manne and Susie have always happily substituted a wide variety of choices from their regular menu upon request and there are definitely vegetarian options.

How do I know this? Not because I'm vegetarian. But, forum peep 'mouse', a dedicated vegetarian, is a Ribs and Suds Veteran with four on her resume so far (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011) and has become a good friend. I don't think she ever left hungry, right, Mickey?

So, please, don't let the basic premise put your friends off. If they don't mind seeing a bit of BBQ sauce on someone else's chin, they will receive the same warm welcome as anyone.

There is always good food and good times for everyone at Ribs and Suds, we hope, regardless of your personal menu preferences.

Don & Deb did explain perfectly what choices we can arrange
for Vegetarian. Don't worry we have a few other dishes than
just meat.
Until today nobody left the Biergarten hungry
Exept of course guests who just didn't order food
and just came for

Sounds like a lot of fun!! We normally are ready to get out of the resort by Wednesday and head to Playa.
We just added 2 more to our group....we are now at 3 couples with 3-4 more who may book!

That’s true YWGDON&DEB…Susie always chefs up some great cheese quesadillas with fresh salsa and sour crème…I also eat all the sides that are available on the buffet table….the best part of the Manne’s night is eating a meal with everyone and there’s no way I’d miss it!!! Best night ever in Playa is …Ribs and Suds night …ay ay ya ya ya !!!!!!!
