A new year means it must be time for the 2011 edition of Ribs & Suds!
And, Manne & Susie are all set to load up the buffet with those yummy Pork Ribs and German side dishes we love to chow down on!
If Ribs aren't really 'you', don't despair! We have at least one Ribs & Suds regular who is vegetarian. Manne & Susie will happily substitute any item on their menu that's more to your taste, so don't let that stop you from joining the fun.

There are 70 seats in the Biergarten and 24 are still available...

Yes I can confirm that we do indeed have a replacement for the Gas pump. Unfortunately we won't be there until the 11th missing out on the festivities of Ribs&Suds 5.
