Well, I was hoping I might be in an over the water bungalow in Bora Bora, or on an African safari.

Linda is doing the 5-0 thing in July too (don't tell her I told ya

) so I said we should do something great. But I'm not so sure either of those things are going to work out.

Anyway, I don't know what the plans are for sure. All I do know is that I really don't want to be here when that day comes. I'll just have to see if I can convince Linda to travel in Dec. instead of Nov. and then take it from there.

But if I do get there, we are indeed going to have a big party! Maybe ya'll should chip in with me and we can bid on the private party at Luna Blue. Now there's the answer right there!

Can't say I'd blame ya if you opted for Bora Bora

, but I do hope it will be Playa.

And, that's a good idea about the Luna Blue party. Can't speak for anyone else, and we just made our monthly donation to PPS, but could probably squeak out a tad more to chip in if you were to make a bid.

Trust me, as much as I'd like it to be, it's not going to be Bora Bora. If I'm going to a location like that, I'm sure not doing it with my girlie friend, I'm going with my husband. And since we can't travel together right now because we have no one to stay with the kids, that's going on the back burner until they grow up and/or move out!

Re: the PPS donation - it doesn't end until March 4th so we have a month. Yes, I'm holding out to see how high the bids go.

But seriously, that could be an awesome plan. Shammy's 50th birthday party done up right! I might even be able to have Chris fly in for just a few nights, as long as I can find a friend willing to stay with the kids (who knows?). If anyone does plan to be there in Dec and does want to chip in with me, send me a PM and we'll try to figure it out!

Just finished reading this report. Thank you so much for taking the time. I really enjoyed your writing and your pictures. I also agree.... there is never enough pictures.
