Great party at Cabalova

Another fun weekend in Playa!

Bruno, the proprietor of one of Playa's most popular bars, Cabalova Sports Bar, celebrated his birthday this weekend. Cabalova has been around for a long
time in Playa del Carmen and Bruno is a true Playa character. Bruno helps bolster
his crazy reputation by making a grand entrance at his sponsored parties. Once
he lowered himself down the side of the building with a simple rope around the
waist, wearing a funky burglar outfit with a birthday cake in his hands. He
always gives great parties and this party was no different. A band playing salsa
music, people dancing in the street and a generally good time was had into the night.

I loved seeing the party pictures. Makes me want to be in Playa right now, but alas I am stuck in my little cubicle at work.....I hope you keep us posted on any other happenings there so we can dream..

Same thing here! I guess the fun was had last year! Oh well. Maybe he will throw another party soon.
