Dive shop within walking distance of Paraiso Del Mar???

Yes, we know the hotel has it's own dive shop! However, we've heard it's quite expensive and not as good as "others" nearby. Of course we can't recall the names of any of the "others nearby" Please help!!!

Do you mean the Maroma Beach Club? It's the only thing even remotely close to the Paraiso del Mar, but I wouldn't call it "walking distance" (and I love to walk!) They have a lot of facilities there, but I'm not sure about a dive shop.
