Diet and Exercise Accountability Thread
I know many of us are working toward shedding that holiday fat and getting into our swimsuits without the use of a shoe horn. I've found it sure helps to have someone to hold you accountable and to whine to. So here's the thread for that.
I did get on the scale. I have 8.8 lbs to lose. Better then 10 I guess. I started the day with egg beaters w/canadian bacon.........yummy. I have my salad packed for lunch and my celery with laughing cow cheese for my snack. Dinner will be rosemary salmon, salad and broccoli. Spin class and weights in the morning.
