I'll jump in on this one. As soon as we move, on the 15th or so, Rob and I will start to work with a nutritionist. She has been working with our friend and her son for the past 4 months or so. Collectively, they have lost over 80 pounds. She comes to the house once a week, weighs you and then adjusts your diet accordingly. Nothing crazy or unhealthy, no drugs or suppliments. I am looking forward to trying this out. We are moving into town with the intent to walk everywhere instead of being tied to the car. We will be able to walk to school. the grocery stores, the beach and work. I can't wait. I'll let you know how it goes.
