Good luck to you...that's quite a feat! By exercising, you'll burn lots of calories and speed up your metabolism, which might make you hungrier. But try to eat small snacks between meals to carry you over. It's better for you than pigging out on a big meal and stretching your stomach out. We'll be checking you out at Peep fest, so...

My goal is to lose 5 lbs. by Peep fest. I stopped going to Jazzercise since we got digital cable with On Demand. The only problem is...I'm not good at setting a schedule to work out. That's why I like the classes. It forces me to work out on schedule. The holidays weren't too bad to me. I was too sick to eat too much....just kept drinking to deal with the stress!
