I was fairly good this year and managed to only gain one pound over the holidays. I think the skiing helped, and the miles at the shopping mall late last week.
But I really would love to lose about 5 pounds in the next 6 weeks (actually less than 6 *gulp*

) I have before our two week vacation. I am just going to step up my normal exercise routine, try to lift weights 3 days a week instead of my normal 2, and more cardio.
And smaller portions of course!

And NO SWEETS hardly at all, no cream and sugar in my coffee, just 1% milk and artificial sweetener.....limit red meat....cut out cheese, my favourite

....etc.
