i definitely do better w/ accountability! i already have a blog about diet stuff and i just joined the National Body Challenge, but it can't hurt to have one more arena!
I'd like to lose 11 lbs before peep fest.. i'm starting off with a cold which isn't helping my exercise motivation, but it should help with portion control! I'm cutting out sugar and "fake" foods... i'm not following any one diet plan but more going along the lines of commiting to eat healthier/fresher and upping my exercise. my biggest weakness is flavored coffee creamers.. need to figure out a solution for that. I suppose cutting out coffee?
today I've had eggs with spinach, mushrooms, onion, and a sprinkle of cheese... and coffee (with the bad creamer - don't be mad!).. i'm working on making some stew right now for dinner.... lunch will probably be celery, hummus, and taboule.
