Forgot a couple bags at the Dirty Martini last night

Hi All,

We are in the Cancun airport ready to come home. We forgot 2 larger orange bags full of souveneirs at the Dirty Martini last night. We left maybe sometime around midnight. We are going to contact Greco (the owner I think) later today when the bar opens again, but I just wanted to post this in case any peeps that were there noticed that we forgot the bags and grabbed them or put them behind the bar.

Please PM me if you found anything. We will be back in March and the Luna Blue would just hang onto them until then.

Wow, at first glance I thought the title was "Forgot a couple bags of Dirty Laundry last night" I was thinking "Well what are they doing wandering around Playa at night with dirty laundry?

Now you know why I never bring my good SLR with me while drinking in the bars at night in Playa.

As much as I hate to admit it, I thought the same thing and thought 'how rude' so I looked at who started the thread and thought 'he seemed like a really respectful guy and seemed so appreciative of his wife.....

I was very relieved to see it they were shopping bags....!!!

Excellent! You have to let me know who I need to buy an appreciative martini for the next time I am in Playa in March.

Although I've never lost a DSLR on the streets of Playa, I've managed to lose a few high-end point & shoot digitals. I've also lost two Blackberrys... one just last week, while totally sober. Well, I probably was still a little second hand dunk watching JG and his crew pound shots the previous night at Luna Blue's bar.

Lost my point and shoot at the Colts game a coupla weeks ago. And yes, there were cocktails involved!

I try not to carry much with me in the evenings, because I would probably lose something! Did lose an earring one night at DM and they had it waiting for me there the next night!

Hey Jimmy, I have been lucky not to lose anything while crawling the bars. Sorry to hear you lost another blackberry. You will have to share your latest roadtrip with us when you get time.
