i'm gonna give El Fogon another chance after seeing your pic of the arrachera nortena. i'd better take some tums before going, but i plan on eating it all!!

oh...and i sure wish this bean counter could party with you..another bean counter... and his hot tequila drinking wife!! when can we make that happen??
