ruins/water

We are staying at Royal. Is the water filtered, ok to drink, like ice cubes, coffee ect? Also have a bad knee but would like to go to one of the ruins. Is there one more than another that has less walking? Thanks

Hehe. They want to poison their guests.
The water is fine. The ice is fine. The coffee is fine.
All of the ruins will require a good bit of walking.

Coba has tricycle's that are be pedaled by a guide. That's probably your best bet.

Yucatreks Coba trip. I'm sure Mitch can arrange for a tricyclopedia for you! He has the best tours going and you don't have to worry about a thing. Tell him your limitations and he'll work around them.
