Smile Recent Adventures in Merida and the Yucatan

A few weeks ago, Rob and I went on a real estate recon mission to Merida. So, we rented a fabulous house a few blocks from the main plaza, just across the street from Merida's English language Library and set to work finding out all there is to know about the current climate of the Merida real estate market. As we took the kiddos with us, we planned a few fun side trips to keep them amused as well. These are the links to the blog entries from our last trip. We had a great time and are looking forward to going back at the end of March for the Merida International Horse Show.

Travels in the Yucatan Day 1

Day 2 - Exploring Colonial Ruins

Day 3 - Parque Centenario and the Merida Zoo

Day 4 - Tizimin and La Feria de Caballos

Day 5 - More Merida Real Estate Adventures

Thanks for sharing, Michele... only had time for the first entry this morning but I look forward to reading the rest later. Casa Esplendida looks great!
I would love to get to Merida on one of these trips.

You must make a point of going sometime. It is a very 'smart' city. Lots to do and see in and around the city itself. If you can squeeze in a night or two even, you can get a good taste of it.
