Palladium Grand and Iberostar Paraiso Beach resort?
Hi.
We are a family with 2 teenage boys 14 and 15 and are thinking of going to one of these places in November. Do you have any info if you have stayed in any of these? Any input is appreciated. Thanks! N. |

Both get generally very positive reviews. We stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach in August and loved it! High points were the food, the incredible pool, and the general elegance. Beach and room very nice. Due to the length of the grounds, it's probably not a good choice for people with difficulty getting around, unless you have a lot of patience with waiting for the tram.
You might want to check out the reviews and ratings at http://www.ramproductions.com/survey/topres.asp to see if these two resorts differ in any areas that are important to you. |

Both are very nice resorts. Palladium is very family oriented. They're both big properties, lots of walking but the Paraiso is the bigger of the two.
Palladium might cut you a break pricewise...the 14 year old might get a junior rate, not sure. |

I agree that the Palladium is a family oriented resort.. we've been there 3 times and will be returning in July. It is the best all-inclusive we have ever stayed at. The jr. suite or the "family suite" would be great for you. E -mail me if you need more information or want to see pictures .

Eileen, The Palladium could you tell me if the jr.suite had two bdrm areas or rooms. If I took the kids I would want separate bedrooms. Thanks And what if anyone knows the prices for family of four off season. Two under 12 years of age

The junior suites at the palladium do not have a door between the main bedroom and the area with the pull out couch. They do have 6 suites on the Colonial and Kantenah sides that are on the top floors of the junior suite buildings that have seperate living room and bedroom areas. We booked two standard rooms over CHristmas and were moved into one of these suites. I put some pictures up at http://community.webshots.com/user/andreandwendy if you're interested.

We have made our choice! It's the Iberostar Paraiso Beach.
Booked our trip today. We'll be going in November with our friends who live near us who are also celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary like us. I can't wait!
Thanks for all your help everyone. It's been great reading this board and I really learned alot. N. ![]() |
