From what I have read about the process it is at least 3 hours long. IMO timeshares are not a good deal. As far as upgrading I don't know which is better. Just don't buy the bull and hold to your guns. After you give them 90 minutes get up and walk out.

When it gets to the sales part look it all over then say..
I don't buy anything on the spot, but I'll be glad to take some info and figures and look them over when I get home with my attorney and if I'm intrested I'll give ya a call. never budge from this position..and you'll be out in no time |

In my experience people that sat opposite me and said they weren't going to buy often did. It's important to make them aware of the financial position early on. Enjoy your vacation and don't worry about the presentation. Paul |

Hello!
You got a good rate for what? The rooms? Well, there are rooms in all price ranges in Playa so you don't have to sit through a time share presentation to get good rates. Do you have iron will? Can you say no dozens of times? ![]() If it were me I would find better rates at another hotel and forget the stressful time share presentation. These guys are under tremendous pressure to "close" you on a deal. They know all the tricks and have all day. If you HAVE to take this route make sure you hold on to your credit cards. Don't let anyone hold them, look at them, sniff them, run them, check the balance, or whatever. Have a great time! |
