Easy to Get Into Playa from ASP?

Hi,

I think we may stay at Aventura Spa Palace for our Honeymoon in August. The one main concern we have is that we will not have easy access to the activities and night life in Playa del Carmen given the resorts proximity from the town. Does anyone know how often the "complimentary" day shuttles to Playa come and go or how easy or expensive it is to catch a cab ride into town? Thanks in advance!

The authorized taxi fare (the price you should pay) from ASP to Playa is 120 pesos. The fare should be the same going from Playa to ASP. Authorized taxi fares can be found under "practical info" in the "read more" drop down menu located at the top of the page --- or click here.
