Does anyone know if these condos have washer/dryer in unit?

Why not, our condo certainly has very nice ones. I thought most that do long term rentals had them.

Where's your condo? I really want to try to find one with a washer/dryer in the unit (if possible). I've found two condo's I'm looking at right now. This one (and I don't know if it has them) and Club Yebo, which doesn't have them in the unit but they do have a lavandaria (sp?) on site.

The Casa del Sol 2 bdrm I stayed in had a washer & dryer, and I know there are 2 of the 1 bdrm units advertised on the internet for vacation rentals and both of those have them.

Thanks, Pam. That helps a lot. I just got a message this morning from Club Yebo that starting in December they change to nightly rental fees since its high season, so I won't be going there. Can't afford 95/night for monthly rental, and I don't want to move there for a few months to move again in December. I'd rather just find a long term rental for the year.

We are in Playacar Phase II.
