This is a 1 bedroom condo in Casa del Sol, 2 blocks from the popular Mamitas and KOOL beach clubs and around the corner from famous 5th Avenue. The condo has one bedroom with a matrimonial size bed, large built in closets and bathroom. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped. The living area has a sofa bed, and TV that is ready to be hooked up for TV and internet. There is a shared pool in the complex available for your use. Monthly rent is 600 USD or 7,000 pesos, water and maintenance dues are included in the rent, gas and electricity are not.

This was my first apartment in Playa back in 2004--loved the location and pool, and if it's the same owner, a really kind landlady.

Sorry. . No dogs allowed in this unit. The only dogs allowed in the complex are those of the owners.

Looking for my father in-law. He would like to find a rental for 5-6 months. Is this unit available for Nov.1 of this year? What would the utilities run per month? Is it free to get onto the beach at Kool or Mamitas beach clubs? Is there a lot of noise at night time at this condo from these beach clubs?

I stayed in a two bedroom unit in this building in February. I loved it there, it's close to everything. You might hear a little noise if there is some big sports event going on, but other then that it was really quiet. The beach is free, you only have to pay if you want to use their loungers or umbrellas.
