Laundry services at AI?

Staying at Riu Tequila Mar 13-20 and wonder if there are laundry services at these resorts or do we take our stuff into PDC? If we must do it in town where do I go? I'm hoping there is a laundromat near this TEQUILA BARREL so I can toss a few with Stomper and the good folks I see here in Plyainfo!!! :P

There is a laundry service at the Riu's but can't remember how much. Price list in dresser drawer. It's not cheap though.

No first-hand experience with any AI's in Playa, but we've stayed at AI's in Antigua, the Dominican Republic and St. Lucia. They all had laundry service available, but it was was bloody awful expensive. Might be farther ahead to take your own supplies and schlep your dirty socks to a laundromat in town, or patronize one of the drop-it-off and pick-it-up places. That's what we did in Barbados. Can pretty much guarantee it will be cheaper.

Right, I can confirm what jobob said (hey jobob!) - we were at the Palace in December and remember them offering the service just can't recvall the price...

If you'd like to e-mail them, the Riu properties were always good with a reply to an e-mail of questions...

Have a great time - you'll love the Tequila, and the disco...the walk to the beach isn't bad...the path to the beach went right next to or wing...and there is a shuttle every couple of minutes or so...

Have a great time and don't forget to post a report and photos!!
