Just walk around you will find lots on 5th as well as along the beach and the streets around Playa.
There is a fire show on the beach and different types of artists doing there thing around the Square (by the church on the South end of 5th Ave) that we stop and watch while wandering around. I am not sure which place does the fire show or if it just goes up and down the beach, but there is always something fun to do and somewhere that has a great happy hour. Kids are not frowned upon, we often had ours with us when they were little and now as older teens. We always have a nice time and are fully entertained. If you search around the forum, there is alot of info on this subject where you will probably find days of the week where bands play at certain businesses etc |

If I went to Luna Blue and there were kids on the swings and no other place to sit at the bar, I'd be asking those kids or their parents to have them moved off the swings. Kids don't belong at the bar to begin with but I personally have no issue with them sitting there as long as there isn't an adult without a seat. If an adult has to stand while a kid is on a swing, that's not right. I have taken my kids to Luna Blue many times and they have sat at the bar. But if people start coming in and there are no swings left, I tell them to get off and go sit at a table or in the lobby area. |

If the kiddies aren't going to give up the seat for an adult then the parents should have to buy a round

I actually need to ammend some of that - because my oldest is 19 now so I don't have to tell him to get off the swing. But I would anyway, if he wasn't drinking and someone else wanted to!

I have to agree with this, lol! Very excited...we're leaving @ 3:15am for Detroit Metro Airport. Flying out @ 6:45. All packed and I'm having a glass of wine, trying to make myself tired! Should be @ Playa Maya by 11:30-Noon.
