What do you feel about the daily entertainment? is it good or only so so?

We didn't really take advantage of the entertainment at the resort. THe evening entertainment mostly takes place in the lobby area and our impression was that it was primarily geared towards an older crowd. During the day, they have an activities team which organises things like water aerobics, volleyball games, bike tours of the town, etc.

The main entertainment strip in Playa is 5th Avenue, which is located about 50 yards from the Royal's front entrance. "Heading to the city" will take you all of 45 seconds.

I laughed out loud reading about your trip! The Crown Royal incident floored me. Can't wait to get there on the 16th and take up where you left off. Thanks so much for the insight.
