My mom had a SEVERE allergic reaction to a medicine she received at the ER Sunday morning and her throat swelled completely shut. They had to do an emergency tracheotomy and she was admitted to ICU. She's been there since. Kelli and I flew out Sunday and have been here in Phoenix since. No exercise and eating terribly, but I imagine its understandable... No one can give me a hard time! 
P.S. She doing better, but its up and down. She's off the ventilator, but her anxiety issues are making forward progress difficult. |
Oh Nooo! I hope she gets better really soon. However, please don't let this defeat your healthy eating/exercising efforts. It's SO easy to get off that wagon and SO hard to get back on. Be strong and good luck to your mother.
