Ayla's beautiful, but I could've lived my entire life quite happily WITHOUT being subjected to that view up her nostrils, thank you very much.

I double-checked with Robin, and they won't be joining us. But she did wish us a merry ol' time!!

This is our first year as Patriots season ticket holders. We will let other family members use the tickets for that Sunday. Somehow I can't see us being ready for pre-game tailgating in Foxboro after the Maine/Portsmouth festivities!

Wow!! Now that is a major decision and we should all be proud to know you would rather see us than the TG party and game.

Does Charlie know yet??

Yes, he knows, and I think it was his idea. We'd have to leave too early to head to Foxboro and we definitely plan to head north to Wiscasset for a fantastic lobster roll lunch before coming home. And hopefully, we will coax at least a few peeps to join us. So it's all good!

That is amazing, the Wiscasset part, it is right by Damariscotta and an oyster farm I want to get to;

About Us | Glidden Point Oyster Sea Farm

I think we'll be following you, it is like 100 miles from Kittery though!

I didn't realize how far it is from Kittery to Wiscasset (seemed much shorter when we were there last time. But maybe because Red's is not far from the Main Tpk...seemed like not a bad ride.).

I'm sure we'll make our final decision on the "day of"...because it the weather is crummy, Red's will be much less fun, since there is no indoor seating...it's picnic tables on the deck. Here's a bit more about Red's...

Wow, good for you.... looks like you're planning to look like Ayla afterward?
Oh, and that oyster farm looks pretty great!

I feel honored you're blowing that off to hang with all of us.
And, Red's lobster rolls look awesome- we will definitely have to check that place out next time we head north. I think it's more likely we'd think about heading south along the coast on Sunday.

mmmm, if they compare with Wellfleet oysters I am there!

Too bad this isn't a pet friendly trip (at least I don't think it is?)....
We'd love for Ayla (and you all) to meet our new Playa pup Ixchel!

I love Wellfleet oysters too, I think these are as good or better!!

I had already been thinking of driving up to the oyster farm Saturday morning and getting a bunch of them, I still might. (Cheryl!! road trip?)

We'd like to meet the pup too, but we're not bringing Ayla on this one.

We hung out on Seabrook Beach this weekend and almost took a drive up to Chauncey Creek..... but never made it up past Rye.
Looking forward to this party- it will be here before you know it!
