Secrets Capri vs. Iberostar Paraiso Lindo

Can anyone give me a comparison of the two. How do the beaches compare? Is Lindo's beach better but much more crowded? How do the rooms compare? How does the food compare? I've read practically every post regarding the two and from what I can tell everyone has a good time at Lindo and most people who have gone lately to Secrets are very happy. Only my wife and I are going and our kids are staying at home. Which makes me lean toward Secrets. Any help would be much appreciated.
