I am tentatively thinking some Edwards-Richardson combo for the Dems ... I do think that both Hillary and Barack will suffer for being "frontrunners" so early on ...

But don't be surprised to see Howard Dean jump back in.

Also, Senator Chris Dodd has been giving us local folks a good look at him and his intentions -- and he looks as though he will be a very strong campaigner. Is able, so far, to articulate his outrage without resorting to Kennedy-esque bellowing. Speaking from firsthand experience, Dodd is an EXCELLENT retail campaigner -- very good personal skills, and the most beautiful green eyes ... sigh ... But I feel bad for his poor young daughter; she is going to be dragged around like a prop to counter Dodd's reputation from his younger years. If I, personally, were asked to work on a campaign right now, I would go with Dodd over Obama.

A Dodd-Richardson ticket would be a hoot on the campaign trail, and would bring a lot of smarts to the White House ... Same thing, Dean-Richardson.
