Bubble Car Rental in Cozumel

A co-worker just returned from PDC and she was giving me the run-down on her trip. She mentioned that while on Cozumel she saw a lot of what she described as 'Bubble Cars' or little cars (or golf carts) with domes for a roof. She said they were 2 seaters and would be great for anyone who didn't want to rent a scooter or a full size car.

Has anyone heard of these bubble cars? Do they really exist? Anyone have a website with rental info?

Here is a link to a series of postings in response to my question about the "bubble cars". We have seen them and they are not all that great. Overgrown motorcycle with four wheels. They may be hard to find, we never were offered one at the ferry dock, perhaps where the cruise ships dock on Cozumel.
