Tammy how are you doing with the Chemo? It is kicking my butt! but I am hanging in there. some days are better then others but I look forward to waking up everyday and spending time with my babies and husband.

Trina and her husband arrived at the Mayo clinic this evening.
She posted on fb that they had just checked into a hotel.

Let's hope and pray that she gets some much needed help there.

sorry I've not updated in this thread. Im going to copy and paste what I wrote in another thread here.

I just want to thank everyone again This Mayo trip AND Dr visits would not be possiable without the help Arnie I just received another $50 donation today.

I also wanted to update on some of the stuff we found out at Mayo. The chemo is stopping it from spreading but it's still there and i'm still sick however if we can keep it from spreading that's GREAT this is a good thing! I wish the Chemo would of removed it but I guess that was wishful thinking since there is no cure. We may try another round but not sure yet as my cells are still very low from the chemo I already took.i'm still recovering from that. I am unable to go out side of the house much right now and I am on meds to keep me from getting a infection. I am on other meds also and we are hopeful to keep it from spreading as long as we can. This is the goal right now. Spreading more would be very bad =( so while we didn't get great news ( it didn't shrink etc) we didn't get the news that it's spreading more which would of been horriable. We are hopeful We can manage the disease the best we can with meds and being careful . Keeping my lungs as healthy as we can is important and not getting sick is VERY important.

They also seen two marks on my brain that changed but says it's not big enough to treat at this time so we will be keeping a close eye on this.

I also have been told I have a bad case of Fibro( Is there a good case of it?) and I have a mild case of COPD . ( they found this with lung test etc). So we are working on getting all of this under control. It;s a double wammy having both in the lungs. I have started a new breathing treatment and it does seem like it's helping. I can breath a bit better.

I am still not able to eat much and still losing some weight ( not as fast as I was thank God!) but still losing and I can't keep up with it!! I have now went to wearing sweats only so I can tighten the pants up as I lose weight even with doing that I've went threw two sizes last month alone and had to buy some cheap sets. I am still in a lot of pain but the pain meds are helping with it either that or I'm getting used to it. Maybe some of both?

My birthday is next week so my Birthday wish is I get my PICC line out for atleast now. I may need Chemo again but I can't take it for atleast a few more weeks ( due to low cells) so I am hoping they will take it out and just reput it back in if I need it at a later time.

RE the Fibo and the disease etc I will be learning with PT how to walk better and walk longer amount of times with PT. It is so wierd having to LEARN this again when me and my husband used to walk our neighborhood everynight ( a couple miles as we walked it more then once and it's a big neighborhood)

Over all I am a bit stressed.( Ok a lot stressed) Tired of being sick and wishing I could eat more but greatful it is not spreading.

I do need to ask for prayers for another topic that is off topic. I have found out my biological mother is passing away. I have no relationship with her at all and refuse to because of the abuse that happened to me and my biological sister ( we adopted my biological sister's four children).

We was attempting to contact my biological sister to let her know about her mother when we found out she is missing and after speaking to her friends work etc we have been forced to make a missing person's report. It is not looking good. She does not hang out with the right people and she does not have the right life. Everyone is reporting she went missing in Aug, her Dad ( who she does keep in tight contact with) has not heard from her, none of her friends have ( the very ones she has been friends with for many many many years and choose them over her kids). Her family members that she is in contact with also have not heard anything from her.

Everyone is reporting she went missing at the same time this past Aug. The police has went to where she was known to work and live they have not heard from her since the same time. Her last facebook post is also in Aug and it is obvious a male wrote it and it's not good. We fear foul play. Although I have no relationship with my biological mom or biological sister I do pray for them. If my sister God Forbid has been a victim of what we fear then I will just break. I blame my bio mom and step dad for how my sister turned out. I fully believe if they had not abused her ( and me) and they had not given us up for adoption as a teen and she had not been abused by men while in foster care etc she would not of turned to drugs to cover her pain. At the same time she had a choice as a adult to make the correct choices with her life and her biological children and she choose to make the wrong choice with both . I still don't wish harm to her. I still pray for her.

Now my biological mother I pray for but will never have a relationship with her and I am not going to her bedside ( she is passing away). I refuse to go and look at the very person that harmed me and siblings so much. She will die with the very man by herside that harmed us kids. Sorry if I am repeating some of the same stuff but I am tired and running on very little sleep and a whole lot of stress. I am going to my Dr.Tomorrow for a check up and to let them know of the stress . My husband is handling all of the police stuff with the missing person report ( I have spoke to them but he is not the one that they are calling) as I just can not deal with all the stress right now and stay healthy. I just simply can not believe all of this is going on at one time .Me sick, bio mom in hospital passing and my bio sister is missing. It is almost just to much. Thank you for the prayers for those that pray. I'll keep everyone as updated as I can and sorry if all of this is to off topic.
