Found this iberostar webcite. Anyone ever booked with Mr. Iberostar?

I got a quote from them. But they were very rude and not the lowest price, so I didn't book with them. Do a search over on Trip Advisor. On their site they only only positive comments about people's experiences.

I agree, they're rude. I've booked through them once because they were slightly cheaper than all other quotes; however, I would, and have, paid the extra and booked through other agencies since. I found that mr. iberostar doesn't have the mostl experienced agents (I knew more about basic policies w/ airlines and hotel policies than they did). I had a minor issue which they bounced back on me to resolve. Between that and the rudeness it's not worth saving a few bucks to me.
