Oh, no you didn't!

Pinot grigio is the only white wine that I actually like. I'll take a cheap red blend anyday (because I have a really sophisticated palate, whatever is under 10 bucks).

One more day of work then we are off to wine country. I am an expert at discerning wines. "Yep. No question about it. This one is red, and that one is white. The other one is pink. I don't know what the hell that's all about. " Nothing gets past this palate. "You got any beers behind that bar to judge? I know a thing or two about beer."

But... I have the pepper jelly packed and a slab of smoked salmon waiting patiently in the freezer. Bring on the vino! I am SO ready to party!
