It was one of the units in the Plaza Marina building, upstairs from Senor Frogs. Not sure how many there are in total but 7 or 8 are beachfront.

Nice TR and pics!!

We stayed right down the street from Las Brisas in February (at the Mimi del Mar), walked by it numerous times and wondered if it was good; will have to try it next time!

We stayed in Sam's Condo as well. Fantastic!
A little bit of a beat from Sr Frogs but if you got bored with it and went inside you really couldn't hear it.
