NFL 2011 Lets Get Ready to Rumble

Seahawks sign QB's Tarvaris Jackson and Matt Leinart. Hasslesack is history.

Gonna be an exciting few days of who goes where.

Finally! At least the Patriots fans should be a little more endurable this year, doubt if we hear anything from Mini-soda. I gotta give Skip credit, the eternal Seahawk optimist - must have been a Cubs fan in a previous life. I won't brag about the world champions, their record speaks for itself. Just glad there is a season to fight about.

BTW, After further review, the Bears still suck!!

Good luck with T-Jack! (I truly mean that).

Who the F knows what to expect from the Vikes this year, but (I'm sure I'll regret saying this) how can it get any crazier than last year?!

It will be a lot of trial and error with our new QBs...although it sounds like McNabb is on his way to Mpls this week.

So, again, who really knows what to expect...

All I know is that if we don't know about a stadium deal (of any sort) by Christmas, I'll probably have nothing to talk about in the 2012 thread...

Our Fantasy Draft is on the 13th...I have no clue how this is going to work out! I'm sure there will be some penalty shots consumed!

As the Viqueens prop up their 18th QB to start a season for them in the last 18 years, I say it just doesn't matter, cuz Rodgers (best quarterback in the league) and the Packers are going to roll to another Superbowl.

I love Packer fans' obsession with studying other teams stats...

I believe you. I love the little factoids they come up with. I think the Bears had over 20 starting QB's while we had Brett Favre. Cripes, if Rodgers stays healthy we could have 20 years w/ 2 qbs!

Hmmm, the Pats pick up Albert Haynesworth from the Skins for a 2013 5th rounder. I wonder if old Bill will succeed with his latest reclamation project, especially since they play a 3-4 and Haynesworth says that system doesn't "showcase his talents". The ultimate "me" guy playing on the ultimate "we" team.

As a long suffering Jets fan, I hope the Haynesworth experiment goes as well for the Pats as it did for the Skins. It should be interesting to see.

I have learned over the years to never question ANYTHING the Patriots do.

Umm, the Pat's already have a number 85. Just sayin'. Name change? Or will Eightfive buy a new car for Hernandez?

Also- I'm NOT thrilled with the acquisition of a guy on trial for sexual assault (misdemeanor, yes, but still disgusting behavior if true), who also seems to have a bit of a rage problem.
