A cab $40.00 one way. Approximately 60 minutes to the heart of Cancun.
There are some other ways if you want to get creative. A collecto does run in front of Capri. Also, there's a few tours into Cancun that would cost more than the $40.00 one way, but they included various packages (shopping, night on the town, dinner, bar hopping).
