I am following this thread closely as we plan to have pizza one night during the first week in November, probably on November 4 as that is my 60th birthday and I rarely eat pizza these days. I do miss it though.

Also, I want to see if they have a wood-burning oven. We decided we are going to keep track of how the pizzas are made, cost, crust, toppings, etc.... ![]() ![]() ![]() There aren't a lot of foods I eat, but the ones that I do, I can pretty OCD about. ![]()

I'm loving this thread. If there are any places left to test in early December then we are in.
![]() Otherwise we'd love to meet a group of y'all at one of your top picks while we're there. Sounds like a good idea for a Monday night peep meet! |

Romeo was great again tonight. Salmon carpaccio, 70 pesos
, 3 pizzas, a tossed salad ( I asked Marco just to toss greens with his choice... ya know EVOO, vin, garlic...) it was great. One in the party had lasagna, tasty, not too much cheese, baked and CRISPY, comforting. 2 btls wine. We like it!

Hey Andrew............this thread made me hungry for pizza also. And since I missed last night, I headed to Mille Voglie with a frind. I had the same pizza (as a creature of habit)..........the white pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms. She had the pepperoni pizza. We both thought they were great. Four beers and 2 pizzas were 290 pesos. The Italianos have found this place as there were 22 patrons seated at 8 or so tables. My main complaint (and it ain't really that) is that they have no outside signage yet. But they have been discovered. Owners are from Florence (not South Carolina) and Rome. I have heard that they made great postres also. This one is a winner. Great food and service ![]() . Bravo. They will stand the test of time, IMO.
