I'm surprised there isnt more talk about Capprici Latino. Havent any of you eaten there or is the food not that good or? Like I said, my brother thought it was fantastic so I was trying to gauge if others thought the same.

wood fire is more toxic than gas
the secret of cooking 'is hot stone.. when pizza are cooking without fire..
with the pizzerias in Playa don t use a wood right

i am really missing playa
there have been some very good pizzas and some not so good here in cali
there was sushi in japantown in SF yesterday that propelled me to an ecstatic state, oh my, the memory is making my mouth water

I've never been to Japantown here in L.A., let alone S.F. I don't eat Sushi, so I'm not worried about it.

I am appreciating the pizza connoisseur's feedback on this thread. This time the kids are with us.. so pizza will certainly be enjoyed frequently. Its funny how we always rave about the pizza found in this little Caribbean town...

Our first experience with pizza in Playa was at Pizza Pizzaz on 10th. We were browsing and starving and just wanted to have a quick snack before we found a restaurant for lunch... we were so pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and flavour of this street side pie...

but i will be here in LA thru the weekend
